Kuala Lumpur International Airport is the largest, busiest and most eminent airport in Malaysia, established in 1993. It is spread across an area of 100 square kilometres. This airport falls under the category of the top 5 best airports in the world, being the 23rd-busiest airport in the world.
Melaka Airport is an airport with a grandeur infrastructure. The airport receives a minimum of 1.5 million passengers every year. Built in 1952, it serves the state of Malacca and northern Johor. The airport is currently expecting a runway expansion.
The Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, which is also known as the Subang Airport, was built in 1965. Located only 16 km from the Kuala Lumpur City Hall, this airport is awaiting Skypark Terminal 3 transformation plan.
Penang International Airport falls under the category of the busiest airport in Malaysia. This airport was constructed in 1935, aiming to accommodate 6.5 million passengers annually.
The Kuching Airport is one of Malaysia's fastest-growing airports. It has the capacity to accommodate around 5 million passengers every year. It ranks at number 4 on the list of the busiest airports in Malaysia.

The Langkawi Airport is different from the rest as it is also an aerospace exhibit centre. This airport is built over a 23000 square metre area and has the capacity of accommodating more than 20 lakh annual passengers.
The Sibu Airport is the 11th most busy airport in Malaysia, with an accommodation strength of more than 15 lakh passengers. The airport has a runway of 2745 metres and remains moderately busy on a regular average.
