This airport is located in the 11th district of Budapest and used to be the only international airport in this country. It was established in 1937. After operations began at the Ferenc Liszt International Airport, this airport lost its importance as the primary hub of commercial aviation. Presently it is used for pilot training and it also houses a few vintage aircraft from the previous century.
Fertőszentmiklós Airfield, also known as Meidi Airport, is located in the north-western countryside of Hungary. It has a single operational 985-metre-long highway. Since there are no regular commercial flights available from this airfield, there are no customs or security services available.
This airport is located in the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county and it is equipped with two 1000 metres long runways. Previously it used to be a domestic airport serving commercial flights to different parts of Hungary. Presently, this site is used to train pilots.
It is a recreational airport located in the eastern part of Hungary. It is known for being one of the most scenic airports in Hungary. It is closely accessible from the city centre of Siófok and is a favourable place for leisure flying.
This airport is located in Csongrád County in the southern part of Hungary. It has 3 functional runways, while the primary runway is 1185 metres long and is made of asphalt; the rest of the two are grass runways and can accommodate charter flights.
