In this test, drivers are required to display their reversing skills by driving through an "H" shaped course. A small error could result in disqualification. • Step 2: Select the appropriate state, "Rajasthan" and apply for an "International Driving permit".
• Step 3: Provide necessary information about a driving licence, identity information, etc.
• Step 4: Now, attach all the documents, along with the form, and make the payment of fees for obtaining an international driving permit.
• Step 5: Appear for the driving test.

Upon clearing the test successfully, an application for getting the international driving permit is within 4 to 5 business days.

The process of renewal of a driving licence in Rajasthan involves a step-wise procedure which is simple and hassle-free. Here is a guide to renewing a driving licence:

Online Process for DL Renewal in Rajasthan

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the Government of India's Ministry of Road Transport and Highways – Parivahan Sarathi.
• Step 2: Under the dropdown list of "Online Services", click on "Driving Licence-Related Services".
• Step 3: Select state. “Rajasthan” from the Sarathi platform.
• Step 4: On the redirected page of the Transport Department of Rajasthan, click on the "Apply for DL Renewal" option and click on Continue on the following page.
• Step 5: Finally, provide details like Driving Licence number, date of birth, and captcha code. Once done, click on "Proceed" to submit your request for renewing your driving licence.

Apart from this online method, one can visit the nearest RTO office and collect the necessary form for renewal of driving licence. Once the filing of the form is done, submit the same along with the documents and pay the fees for the same.

Offline Process for DL Renewal in Rajasthan

• Step 1: Visit any Regional Transport Office (RTO) in Rajasthan in person and collect the DL renewal form.
• Step 2: Provide all necessary details for Form 2 and submit it along with other essential documents like an expired driving license, Form 1A (physical fitness declaration for transport vehicles), Form 1 (medical fitness declaration for non-transport vehicles), NOC, and so on.
• Step 3: Provide the passport-size photo and mention other necessary details associated with your driving licence.
• Step 4: Begin the payment for the standard fee and book a reservation for the driving test.
• Step 5: Participate in the driving test and provide the medical certificate in order to obtain the DL.
