Step 2: Next, you will have to enter your driving licence number and other details like your date of birth.
Step 3: After this, select your state, the number of the RTO office and verify the details of your driving licence. After verification click on ‘Confirm’.

Step 1:Â Visit the RTO office in your locality and submit the Intimation of Loss or Destruction of Driving Licence or LLD Form along with other necessary details and documents.Â
Step 2:Â Make the payment for the duplicate driving licence and collect the payment receipt. The duplicate driving licence will be delivered to the registered address. You can use the payment receipt as an alternative until you receive the licence.
How to Renew Driving Licence in Haryana?
Driving licence in Haryana can be renewed both online and offline. Both the methods are mentioned below:
Online Method
Step 1: Visit the Parivahan website and download ‘Form 2’.

Step 3: Go back to the Parivahan website and click on ‘Online Services’, then click on ‘Services related to Driving Licence’.

What is the Procedure to Acquire an International Driving Permit in Haryana?
Applications for an International Driving Permit can be made both online and offline in Haryana. Both the methods are mentioned below:
Online Method
Step 1: Visit the Parivahan website.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Online Services’ option and then go to ‘Driving Licence Related Services
Step 3: Next, select your state from the dropdown menu then click on ‘Apply for International Driving Permit or IDP’. On the page that appears with the instructions, click on ‘Continue’
Step 4: On the new page enter the details of your driving licence and your date of birth then click on ‘Get DL Details’. The page that opens will show the details of your driving licence. If all the details are correct, click on ‘Proceed’
Step 5: After this you will have to enter the details of the new country and details of your Visa. Once done, click on ‘Confirm’
Step 6: Once your application is submitted you can go and submit the documents in the RTO office and pay the fees. The fees can also be paid online.
Offline Method
Step 1: Visit the RTO office in your locality and collect the form for an International Driving Permit.Â
Step 2: Fill out all the necessary details along with the name of the country to be visited, the duration of the stay, etc.Â
Step 3: Submit the form with all the necessary documents attached. You shall receive your International Driving Permit within 24 hours of application.
What Is the Driving Test Procedure in Haryana Like?
The procedure of a driving test is mentioned below:Â
Step 1: Collect the CMV 4 form from the RTO counter or you can also download the form online. However, you will have to submit 3 passport size photographs if collecting it from the counter.
Step 2: Next, you will have to provide certain documents in order to obtain the driving licence. The documents include:
- Learner’s licence
- All the documents of the car in which you intend to take the driving test which include the vehicle registration certificate, insurance certificate of the vehicle, the Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate. In case the test is being taken on a transport vehicle, the Fitness Certificate must also be carried.
- Application form duly filled.
Step 3: Reach the RTO office and collect the Driving Licence booklet for ₹40. Make another payment of ₹300 for the driving test.Â
