Going out to get groceries for your home can be a herculean task given the rising number of infections everywhere. In this case, it is important to keep your mask on at all times and avoid touching it to minimise the risk of infecting it.

Opt for purchasing packaged goods so that you can clean or sanitise it easily and make sure to sanitise your hand before you enter the store.

Before cooking, clean your vegetables thoroughly. If you are ordering food online, opt for contactless delivery from restaurants that are maintaining hygiene protocols.

Make sure you get rid of the packaging immediately after receiving your order.
