Opt for purchasing packaged goods so that you can clean or sanitise it easily and make sure to sanitise your hand before you enter the store.

Discard the packaging of any item that you have purchased while you were outside.

If you start noticing Covid-like symptoms, self-isolate immediately!

Before cooking, clean your vegetables thoroughly. If you are ordering food online, opt for contactless delivery from restaurants that are maintaining hygiene protocols.

Make sure you get rid of the packaging immediately after receiving your order.
