- The insurer will not entertain the claim if total loss/constructive total loss/theft of the vehicle is not admissible under the Own Damage section of the insurance policy.
- The insurance company will not reimburse the cost of any accessory not specifically insured under the Own Damage section of the insurance policy or is part of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
- Claim will be rejected if the insured vehicle is recovered within 90 days of theft unless the Final Investigation Report/Non-Traceable Report is submitted.
- Any claim which does not qualify as total loss/constructive total loss as per the insurance policy will be rejected.
