A promoter has to follow a few simple steps to register a project with RERA Delhi online. Those steps include – 

Step 1: Visit the official portal of RERA Delhi.

Step 2: Click on "Online Registration" from the top dashboard and click on "Register as promoter or project" 

Step 3: Next, create an account and follow the instructions. 

Step 4: After that, provide details of your property to register your property.

A few documents that are required to upload under the RERA Act include – 

• PAN Card
• Passport size photograph
• Documents related to the concerned project
• Proof of office address
• Registration certificate of the promoter 
• Documents of projects launched in the last 5 years. 
• Residence proof

Step 1: Visit the official portal of RERA Delhi.

Step 2: Select the ‘Register as Agent’ option from the drop-down menu of ‘Online Registration’. 

Step 3: Follow the redirection to land on a new page. 

Step 4: Then, fill out the application form with all the necessary details.

Step 5: After that, provide mandatory details and ‘Create new account’. For this, you will receive an OTP to your email address and contact number. 

Step 6: The system will automatically send you an email to set a password. After that, ‘Login’ using the same password.

Step 7: Fill in all details, and upload all required documents.

Step 8:’ At this step, you must verify your mobile number and email address using an OTP. 

Step 9: Lastly, 'Save & Preview' to view all details and submit it afterwards.

Some of the required documents that are mandatory for registering a project agent include

• Conveyance deed 
• Planned developments
• Design of the layout
• Financial documents 
• Land encumbrance document 
• Aadhaar card, PAN card etc.

Other RERA registration fees in Delhi include – 

• For individuals: ₹ 10,000 
• Others: ₹ 50,000

Step 2: Click on “Projects” from the dashboard and then click on “List of Rejected Projects”. 

Step 3: Finally, you will see a list of projects that are rejected by the RERA authority of Delhi.
