It is mandatory to file GSTR-7 form at a specific time every month. The due date is the 10th of every month. If you are unable to file your GSTR-7 form within the due date, there will be consequences and penalties for the same. There will be a total penalty of ₹200 per day, ₹100 under CGST and ₹100 under SGST. There is no late fee on IGST in this case.
