- Step 7: The revenue inspector will prepare a sports memo at the time of demarcation and get it signed by all parties involved. In addition, it also contains the signature of the Land Management Committee or any two witnesses.
- Step 8: However, if any parties refuse to sign, the endorsement to act shall be made by an RI. At the same time, the rest of the processes will proceed according to the case.
- Step 9: The inspector then submits this demarcation report and a spot memo fifteen days before the demarcation date.
