- Unit area value per square meter is a property’s value per square meter of its built-up area,
- Age factor refers to the age of a property,
- Structure factor refers to whether a building has RCC construction or low-value construction,
- Use factor points to whether a building is used for residential or commercial purposes.

Step 1 – Visit the official website of East Delhi Municipal Corporation.
Step 2 – Click on ‘Property Tax’.
