Step 6: As you click on it, you will find a pre-filled form with your name.

Step 7: Verify your personal details, KYC details and bank details.

Step 8: After verifying, put the last 4 digits of your bank account number in the text box and click on verify.

Step 9: Input your date of leaving the organisation and reason for leaving.

Step 10: Click on ‘Yes’ to sign the ‘Certificate Undertaking’.

Step 11: From the next section, click on 'I want to apply for and choose 'Only PF Withdrawal (Form 19) from drop-down.

Step 12: Enter your postal address.

Step 13: Agree with the disclaimer and click on ‘Get Aadhaar OTP’.

Step 16: Get the OTP in your registered mobile number and input it.

Step 17: Submit your application and take note of the reference number.

Step 18: You will get the PF amount in the bank account linked with your UAN.
