Step 1: Visit the National Voters Service Portal website.
Step 2: On the left side of your screen, click on Login/Register as a new elector/voter.
Step 3: A new page will open. If you are an old user, enter your mobile number/email ID, password and CAPTCHA. If you have not previously registered, click on ‘Don’t have an Account’.
Step 4: Enter your mobile number and enter the given CAPTCHA to receive an OTP.
