On Thursday 25th September 2024, an unfortunate road accident occurred near Mota Borsara village, along National Highway 48, within the Kosamba police jurisdiction. In Rajkot rural police head constable, Digvijaysinh Rathod was killed on the spot while pursuing an accident in which three prime police officers were also on patrol.
