I purchased a two-wheeler insurance from Go Digit Insurance on starting of this year. It attracted me from buying other insurance policies because it has a very low premium compared to other policies in market & it offers perks in form of add-ons as road assistance, cashless services, medical services & many more! So, without a second thought, I purchased it. Before 1 month I met a small accident, where my bike got crashed and was scratched completely from one side. I filled a claim by making a phone call and they just asked some photos of the bike and IDs to Process my claim and that’s all! I made a complete self-inspection from my smartphone with photos. Repaired my bike from my preferred garage (as I live in a small town where there are no authorized service points, but they offers cashless facilities at their partner garages). Uploaded the documents and invoices and that’s it. They accepted all and settled my claim through. It was very easy and fast process. My bike is now as new and got my amount as promised by the company in less than a week..! I am very happy and would be glad to continue to renew the policy of Go Digit Insurance.”
