Claim was digitally surveyed by Mr. Akash Tonde. He was very cooperative and understood the situation of accident and processed the claim. After this experience, just three days back I took my overseas travel insurance of my family for my Diwali tour to Europe.

Recently, me and my wife took an overseas travel insurance policy with Digit. Initially the insurance was for three months as our travel was for three months. However, this had to be extended while we were overseas. We were able to do that fairly easily via emails.
Further we had claims which got processed with great speed and professionalism. The final settlement is already completed well within a couple of days. I found this very efficient.
