Does Digit health insurance cover the COVID-19?

Yes, Digit's Health Insurance does cover the covid-19. Additionally, you can also choose short-term coronavirus specific plans if you don't want to go for a comprehensive health insurance plan.

Is Digit's health insurance premium tax deductible?

Yes, as per Section 80D of the Income Tax Act, anyone who buys a health insurance for themselves or their families can get tax benefits of up to Rs 25,000 and Rs 75,000 with respect to senior citizens.

Can I cancel Digit's health insurance policy at any time?

We have a 15-days free look-up period which means you can cancel your policy with 100% refund on your premium within 15 days of purchasing your policy. In case of cancellation post that, premium can be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
