Now from 26th July my flooded water car is at thane workshop Volkswagen polo,somewherearound 1st Aug go digit insurance surveyor Mr.Pawan visited thane workshop Mumbai and examined the car(declared as total loss) for further process and requested to workshop to submit estimated cost. Estimated cost has been shared with go digit on Thursday I.e 8th August.Now Mr. Pawan from go digit is working on.today it's 13aug.Il keep u updated how much time it taking by go digit for fnf. On 23rd Aug, Go digit have provided pending Emi dd to finance company. Still just waiting for an pending amount. Let c when should we receive that. They were saying payment has been done but till its 02nd sep, I not received the amount. They were saying now payment has been done from our end via Neft... From last 4 days they had did a Neft but yet not received by me.... Usually Neft will take 24 hrs. Almost week but doesn't know where amount stuck in between. I was little worried about their process as customer care saying something and other staffs saying differently,I was totally confused and stress. From the day when Mr. Pavan go digit involved in my case,He kept each and everything even after working hours. I appreciate his honesty towards his job. Believe me go digit stands because of employees like MR. PAVAN who understands our problem and staying connected with us. 5+ star rating Go digit and for Mr.Pavan.

I usually insure all my vehicles with established players. For one of my cars, the quote I recieved from Digit seemed too good to pass up and I went ahead with it. 6 months down the line, my windshield cracked as a result of a stone flying off the tyre from the car in front of me. Contacted Digit, and filed a claim. The same day, I got a call back from Mr. Satish Kumar and he guided me with the steps to take. VRO was generated within a day, and the vehicle was dropped off at a mutually agreed workshop. Replacement of windshield was done within half a day, and since it was not a cashless tie up, I paid the amount up front. I shared the paid invoice with Satish and he generated the VDO within 30 mins! Exceptional service from Satish and the GoDigit team. Just awaiting the reimbursement into my account which would close this situation for me. Hopefully I won't have to claim insurance again, but the experience I had had given me assurance that it's going to be hassle-free.

Digit is surely going to disrupt the insurance market. I am having car insurance since the year 2007 and tried with Reliance, Royal Sundaram, Bharati AXA and New India. This year I have decided to go ahead with the digit and I am 100% sure that my decision is correct, in all my previous claims I need to wait for 3 to 4 days to get back my car once I dropped it in the service center. This is the first time I got my car just next day. The reimbursement is done with 24 hrs. Excellent work was done by Jayashimha G.V. , I appreciate his claim processing work and highly recommend others to go ahead with digit.

First of all I would like thank dileep, for regular follow ups and made my claim easier.
My car registered a total loss and claim submitted to godigit in November 2019.
My claim was ready to clear from godigit, due to COVID-19 the bankers loan department is not working to share the account details to close the loan by godigit.
Also one of the reason for delay is the buyer, delayed in lifting the car, and I got the DD from buyer very late. The buyer handed over the DD to me in March 2020, where the lockdown started immediately after that.

Please make sure to pick-up the scrapped vehicles by the buyer with in a given time or on-time, which helps owners to close the loan immediately and need not to pay any interest on loan to the bank and also parking charges.
