1. Steps to Apply for Domicile Certificate in Haryana Online
Step 1: Visit Saral Haryana’s official website.
Step 2: Click on ‘New User? Register here’ option.
Step 3: Register yourself with accurate details and hit on the ‘Validate’ option.
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Ok’ tab and enter OTP on the box provided and hit on the ‘Submit’ button.
You will be redirected to a general instruction page. To continue with the application process, go back to the login page.
Step 5: Provide the login ID, password, and verification text in the field given under ‘Sign In Here’ and click on the ‘Submit’ option.
Step 6: Choose ‘View all available services’ under the ‘Apply for services’ section.
Step 7: Enter the service name in the search box provided on the right side and pick a service accordingly.
Step 8: Fill up the application form with accurate entries, location, and other details and select the applicable option from the drop-down menu.
Step 9: Click on ‘Checkbox’, provide the verification text in the box given and hit on the ‘Submit’ option.
Note: The ‘Submit’ option appears after providing the CIDR ID.
After verification, applicants will receive the application status on their registered mobile number via SMS. One can use this application number to track the status via an online portal.
2. Steps to Apply for Domicile Certificate in Haryana Offline
Prospective individuals can collect the domicile certificate in Haryana application form from the Revenue Department or Tahsildar office. Next, they must fill it up with valid credentials and attach the required documents while submitting the form.
Respective authorities will verify the form entries and documents and provide a record number for future reference. After that, the documents and form will undergo ground-level scrutiny. Then, the applicant has to cross-check the inputs and make the payment. Lastly, Tahsildar will issue the certificate to the applicants.
3. Steps to Apply for Domicile Certificate in Haryana through the Common Service Centre
Applicants can also collect domicile certificate application forms from their nearest Common Service Centre (CSC).
Follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of Apna CSC Online to locate your nearest CSC
Step 2: Visit your nearest CSC office and collect the application form
Step 3: Fill up your form with authentic data, attach all documents required and submit
The respective authority will assess the documents and form and initiate online procedures. Next, the operator will provide transaction IDs for future references against applications received.
