• Talking on a phone while driving (first time): ₹1500 to ₹5000

Yes, it is mandatory to have a motor insurance for every vehicle owner in Koramangala. If you break this rule you will have to pay penalty charges. The fine for driving uninsured two and three-wheelers is ₹1000 in Koramangala while for LMVs it is ₹3000. 

For other vehicles, the charge is ₹4000. Vehicle insurance is a necessary thing to ensure both legal and safety criteria for driving vehicles.
