Download Policy
Use your registered mobile number and password to login to your account at Digit Life Insurance. This section will display all your active policies. Click on the life insurance policy, and a PDF copy of your policy document will be downloaded to your device.
Policy Servicing Process
Review your policy document carefully to ensure that the details provided are correct. If you want to make changes or modify any of the information provided in the document (like updating your mobile number/ email ID/ PAN/ bank account/ address/ nominee/ freelook cancellation/ policy surrender), reach out to us at 9960126126 or email life@godigit.com.
Claims
After the death of the life assured, submit a claim to lifeclaims@godigit.com (with the policy number, insured name, type of death, date of death, cause of death, date of diagnosis, PAN copy, cancelled cheque/copy of passbook with IFSC code, contact number, and email ID of claimant/nominee) you will immediately obtain an auto-generated ticket number. All further communication must follow the same email chain.
Grievance Redressal
If a complainant is dissatisfied with the response or has not received it within 14 days, contact our Grievance Redressal Officer at lifegrievance@godigit.com. You can also escalate the issue to your city's regional GRO.

Cancellation & Refund
If your policy is within the 30-day free look period, you can request a refund by contacting us at life@godigit.com. Please include your policy number, reason for cancellation, and any required documents. Some deductions may apply (for risk-covered days, stamp duty, and medical exams), and refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the cancellation date.
